37 year old Rio Ferdinand uploaded a video clip to his followers on Instagram showing him crawling on the ground with weights in each hand alongside the caption: "Bear crawls this morning...working on core & shoulder stability!! These mornings getting cold & frosty!" to which Ronaldo replied "wtf is that??' Unimpressed with Ronaldo's comments, Ferdinand recommended that Ronaldo tried the workout for himself. They both were former teammates at Manchester United before Ronaldo left for Real Madrid
